There is no product purchase, endorsement, of fee of any
kind required to participate in the L3VEL3 x Sally Beauty Sweepstakes.   However, eligibility will be governed by all
applicable Federal and State laws that regulate Sweepstakes, Giveaways, and

Consequently, the following criteria must be met in order to be eligible
to participate in this drawing and win the prize(s) described herein.

L3VEL3 plays a pivotal role in organizing, funding, and administering this
giveaway.  Our commitment to providing

the essence of this sweepstakes.  By
partnering with Sally Beauty, L3VEL3 aims to offer participants a unique

RELEASE OF CLAIMS

RESTRICTIONS

 All employees of L3VEL3, Sally Beauty, and their immediate
family members are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. It is important to note
that no purchase is necessary to enter or win the L3VEL3 x Sally Beauty Sweepstakes Giveaway.
Additionally, making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. All entries must be
received and recorded between May 6, 2024 and June 3, 2024. 
The use of automated registration tools, programs, and devices are strictly prohibited. Participation is ultimately limited to entrants who are domiciled within
the 48 contiguous states with exceptions provided for the legal residents UTAH and Tennessee.
